The Cathedral Church of the Nativity, Bethlehem, will mail
two Christmas postcards to 4,200 area residents and will run a television
advertisement during the three weeks leading up to Christmas Day. Total cost of
this campaign is under $3,000. “The Cathedral has had over 50
new households (100 individuals) join our community over the past
year,” says Jenifer Gamber.
At its recent Apple Festival, St. Thomas Church raised $1,600 for a local food bank and a school in Kajo Keji, in addition to what the diocesan Episcopal Church Women received from their display of Sudanese crafts.
A traditional service of Christmas Lessons and Carols will be held at historic St. Matthew’s Church, Stevensville, on Sunday, December 3, at 2 p.m.
The annual craft show of St. Stephen's, Whitehall, will take place on Friday, Dec. 1 (3 to 9) and Saturday, Dec. 2 (9 to 3). Download the flyer below.
