Council members meet via monitors at four sites

The Diocesan Council meeting on February 23 was the first live test of the Diocese of Bethlehem’s new video teleconference (VTC) system, perhaps the first full-time VTC system in use by any Episcopal diocese. Members of council met via monitors at four sites in the 14-county northeastern Pennsylvania diocese.
