Monthly free meal served to the community.

We provided christmas through an "angel tree" for five families in the community who are struggling with health or social issues.
Provided critical financial support to community flood relief after the flood.
Monthly collection of food for the Valley Food Pantry.
Participation in local educational initiative on dealing with addiction, in particular alcohol and street drugs (especially bath salts and meth), coordinated through the Guthrie Clinic.
Youth group participated in a "36-hour famine" to raise consciousness about hunger; cut out and displayed 24,000 hearts to display in church as a visual reminder of how many children die each day from hunger and hunger related diseases; the display was then displayed in the Sayre Theatre lobby. Church and community donations went to the Valley Food Pantry and "Chow for Children."
