Subject: Resolutions for Diocesan Convention in October
Dear Sisters and Brothers,
The deadline for Resolutions to be considered at our October 9-10 Convention is AUGUST 1.
While it is possible for resolutions to be presented on the floor of Convention, it is preferable that they be submitted
for inclusion in the Convention pre-print so that delegates can study and pray about them before Convention.
Resolutions may be submitted under the signature of three (3) delegates, of by a Committee of Commission.
The form is: First the title of the resolutions, second the explanation, and third the "be it resolved:"
Please submit resolution to me by AUGUST 1 - they may be mailed, faxed, or emailed to:
