Diocesan Life.October
I've uploaded the October edition of Diocesan Life here. It probably won't be arriving in snail mail boxes until the end of September or early October. I have uploaded each page separately so you can choose to download only the pages that may be of interest to you.
Page 1:The cover includes some facts about Diocesan Convention (more info about Convention on page 5) and teasers on the contents of pages 2 to 7.

Page 2: Bishop Paul's column, Winning is not the only thing: Living out one's baptism as well as one can is the only thing. "Most of us, when threatened, can get edgy. I know of few exceptions, and certainly do not claim to be one. While it may be wrong to stomp off, it is also wrong to make that easier for others to do.That is the grace of the current crisis or crises. Each of us can grow a bit in our ability to frame and discuss issues without inducing guilt, shame, or rage in others. We all know that this is by no means easy to do, but every millimeter of progress we make along the path of growth here is a gift to all concerned, and can only foster Communion."
